Nine steps, all of them inside the Triggon app, and you can stop at any one of them without having changed anything. No code, no spreadsheet and no trading experience beyond knowing what you want your limits to be. If you would rather read the Signals and place the trades yourself, that is a complete way to use Triggon and this page is optional.
Five things. Four of them you may already have.
An API key with withdrawal permission is refused. Triggon checks what a key is allowed to do at the moment you connect it and will not store a key that can move money. This is not a setting you can turn off.
Each one links to the section of this page that explains it. Steps 3 to 7 are one sheet in the app that moves forward as you fill it in, so in practice this is shorter than the list looks.
Auto-Trade follows a subscription. It is never a substitute for one.
Path: Marketplace tab → the Strategy's card → Subscribe → choose a plan → Subscribe.
Open the Marketplace, read the Strategy's record, and subscribe for the period you want. Every Strategy publishes what it trades, how it has performed and how many seats remain, and the record is built from trades written down the moment they opened. How to read those figures is worth ten minutes before you commit money to a Strategy, automated or not.
One subscription covers the Signals. Auto-Trade is a separate add-on on top of it, and you can subscribe today and decide about Auto-Trade next month.
If you own the Strategy because you publish it yourself, you do not need a subscription to it and the app says so on the price line instead.
It is on the Strategy's own card in the Marketplace. You do not have to open the Strategy first.
Path: Marketplace tab → the Strategy's card → Auto-Trade.
Do: open Triggon in Telegram, press Marketplace in the bar at the bottom, and find the Strategy you subscribed to. Its card carries a row of buttons under the price; press the one labelled Auto-Trade. You do not need to open the Strategy's details first.
Once it is set up, that same button reads Manage and opens the management sheet instead.
What it shows: the Auto-Trade price, Due now, Active until, the Market the Strategy trades, its Position mode, and a Recommended balance where the Provider set one.
Do: read it, then press Continue. Nothing is charged by this button.
If it asks you to subscribe first, you do not hold a live subscription to this Strategy. Subscribe from the same card and start again.
Some Strategies do not offer Auto-Trade at all, and their cards carry no such button. Where it appears and the sheet tells you Auto-Trade is currently unavailable for that market, it is switched off at the moment and the note says so. Your Signals arrive either way.
Two places. The same button on the Strategy's card, now reading Manage; and the Auto-Trade card under Hub on the Board tab, which lists every Strategy you have armed across all your accounts with a Manage button on each.
The screen is headed Choose your exchange and lists only the places this Strategy can actually run.
The list is filtered for you rather than shown in full and refused later. A Strategy that trades a market an account cannot reach does not offer that account, and a Strategy that runs long and short at the same time offers only accounts that can hold both. A line above the list names the market the Strategy trades and reminds you that your account has to be allowed to trade it.
If you have connected an account before, it appears under or reuse a connected key, marked validated. Choosing it skips steps 4 and 5 entirely. An account you already run this Strategy on is shown but cannot be picked again: one connection per Strategy per account, and the line says Already active on this Strategy, manage it instead.
Running one Strategy on several accounts is normal. Each is priced, configured, paused and stopped on its own, and nothing you do to one affects another.
What this screen asks for depends on what kind of account you picked. It always tells you which one you are on, and it never asks for more than it needs.
Where: in your exchange account, not in Triggon. Sign in to the exchange on their website, open the account or profile menu at the top right, and look for the entry called API, API Management or API Keys. It usually sits beside the security settings.
Do: create a new key. Give it any name. In the permissions list, tick the one that allows trading (often called Trade, Spot and Futures Trading, or similar) and leave withdrawals unticked. Save, and copy the API Key and the API Secret the exchange shows you.
If it asks about IP addresses: choose no IP restriction. A key that accepts only certain IP addresses is refused when you validate it.
Copy the secret now: most exchanges display it once, at creation, and never again. If you lose it, delete the key and create another.
Then, in Triggon: paste them into the API Key and API Secret fields, add an optional Label, and press Validate connection.
An account number, its password and the broker's trade server, which is a different shape of login and gets a screen of its own. There is no API key to create.

Where the venue offers a practice environment, the screen offers it as a choice above the fields, with a short line under it saying which you are on. A practice account trades the real market with play money and is marked everywhere afterwards, so you can never mistake one for the other. Accounts like these are free for one period per Triggon account, and the screen tells you how long you have left.
Credentials are encrypted before they are written down and are never shown back to you. Everywhere a connected account appears afterwards it is identified by the first few characters of the key and your label, never in full.
One key, one Triggon account. A credential already connected somewhere is refused with a message saying whether it is yours, in which case use the connection you already have, or somebody else's, in which case create a new key for this account.
Press Validate connection. Triggon logs in, reads what the account is and what the credentials are permitted to do, and reports back before anything is armed.
When it succeeds the sheet moves straight on to the settings screen. There is no separate confirmation to dismiss: arriving at step 6 is the confirmation. From then on the connection is listed as validated and can be reused for other Strategies without entering anything again.
When it does not the reason appears under the fields, in words, with the thing to change named. Nothing has been armed and nothing has been charged, so you can correct a field and press the button again as many times as you need.
When the venue cannot be reached you are told the credentials were saved but not yet checked, and to try again shortly. That is a message about the venue being busy or briefly unavailable, not about anything you entered.
What Triggon checks. That the credentials work; that they are allowed to trade the market this Strategy uses; that they cannot withdraw; and, for accounts that carry a type, that the account really is the kind you said it was. Where a venue cannot prove through its own interface that withdrawals are off, you are asked to confirm it yourself before the key is stored, and that confirmation is kept.

The screen is headed Configure. These are your numbers, not the Strategy's, and this is the most important screen in the flow.
Path: this is the Configure screen, reached automatically once a connection validates. Set the three controls below, then press Continue.
Fees are reserved before sizing, and every order is checked against the balance you actually have at that moment, not the balance you had when you set this up.
Choose these deliberately. They are the whole of your risk control on this Strategy, they apply to every Signal it sends, and they are worth more thought than the rest of the flow combined. Start smaller than you think you need: you can change them later, and there is no advantage to arriving at the right number on the first attempt.
Where your number and the Strategy's disagree, the lower one is used. That is the rule everywhere in Auto-Trade, and it is the reason these fields are yours.
The screen is headed Confirm activation and is the last one before anything happens.
What you are paying for is stated in a line of its own: your first account on this Strategy, an additional one, or a re-activation of one you had before. Under it, the Auto-Trade price, what is due now and the date the add-on runs to. The amount is computed by Triggon at the moment you press the button and appears on your receipt; the app never sets a price of its own.
A notice from the Provider appears here where they have written one. It is theirs, not Triggon's, and it is worth reading.
The consent line has to be ticked: I understand trades will execute automatically and can lose money. Beside it, plainly, the terms you are accepting. Trades execute on your own account under your own configuration. You can pause, stop or close everything at any time. Triggon never holds your funds and cannot withdraw from your account.
Then press the activate button, which carries the amount. This is the step that charges your Triggon wallet.
You should then see: a green tick and Auto-Trade is live beside the account name, with Charged, Active until, and a line saying new Signals from this Strategy will now execute automatically. Press Done.
From here on it runs without you. This is what it does.
Which Signals. Only the ones from the Strategy you set this up on, and only while your subscription to it is live. Auto-Trade is armed per Strategy and per account: a second Strategy you follow does nothing to your account until you set it up too. You do not choose which Signals are acted on, and there is no per-Signal approval step; arming the Strategy is the decision.
What happens to one. The Signal is checked before it is acted on: that it is recent enough to be worth placing, that the price it is sized from is current, and that the fill is close enough to the price the Signal named. An entry that fails one of those is skipped rather than placed badly. Then the order goes to your account, sized from your settings, and the protective stop is placed with it.
Exits are never held back. The checks above apply to entries. Closing an open position is never gated by any of them, because open risk has to be closeable.
Where a Signal and your configuration disagree, your configuration wins, every time, in the direction of less exposure.
What you will see. The Signal and the order it produced sit beside each other in the app, so what was executed can be read against what was instructed. Open positions are counted on the manage sheet and on the Auto-Trade card on the Board tab.
Placing an order is a request to a venue, not a certainty. Markets gap, venues go briefly unavailable, and an account without enough balance cannot open a position. Auto-Trade removes the work of placing a trade. It does not remove market risk, and it does not promise that every Signal becomes a position.
Three places show you the same truth, and the first of them can stop it.

A sheet listing one line per connected account: its state badge, the first characters of the key, the date the add-on runs to and how many positions are open. The badge must read Active.
Path: Account tab → Current plan.
Each subscription shows its remaining days with an Auto-Trade badge beside it, which says at a glance whether it is active, paused, needs extending, or needs attention.
Path: Board tab → Hub → the Auto-Trade card.
Every armed Strategy across all your connected accounts, with its state and open positions, and a Manage button on each.
To change your limits, or to move the Strategy to a different trading account, stop Auto-Trade on the account you are using and set it up again with the settings or the account you want. Your subscription and your Signals are untouched by that.
Check the state before you rely on it. Auto-Trade running is a thing to confirm, not to assume, and the badge on your Account tab is the fastest way to do it.
Briefly, because it matters more than anything else on this page.
It is opened in your name, holds your money and answers to you. Triggon places orders within the permissions you granted and has no others. You can revoke them at your venue at any time, without asking us.
Automated trades are trades. They can lose money, and a Strategy that has done well can stop doing well. What a Strategy's record shows is what already happened, and it is not a forecast of what your account will do next.
Your size per Signal, your leverage ceiling and your maximum open positions decide how much of your account a bad run can reach. Set them for the account you actually have, not the one you are hoping for.
Your size, your timing, your fees and your fills are yours, and none of them are the record's. The five differences, and what to expect →
