Terms of Service
Last Updated:
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Triggon ("Triggon", "we", "us", or "our"), including our website, Telegram bot, platform, strategy marketplace, performance reports, signal services, and related products and services (collectively, the "Platform").
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
1. What Triggon Is
Triggon is a technology platform that allows strategy providers to share trading signals generated by their strategies and allows users to discover, evaluate, and subscribe to those signals.
Triggon may provide tools for strategy tracking, forward testing, performance reporting, signal distribution, subscriptions, referrals, and related functionality.
Triggon does not guarantee the accuracy, profitability, reliability, or future performance of any strategy, signal, provider, or performance result available through the Platform.
Triggon is not a broker, exchange, investment adviser, portfolio manager, or financial institution unless explicitly stated otherwise.
2. No Investment or Financial Advice
All information, strategies, signals, performance data, charts, statistics, rankings, and other content available through Triggon are provided for informational and technological purposes only.
Nothing on the Platform constitutes:
- investment advice;
- financial advice;
- trading advice;
- a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset;
- a solicitation to invest;
- a guarantee of profit or avoidance of loss.
You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions.
3. Trading Risk
Trading financial instruments, including cryptocurrencies, foreign exchange, equities, commodities, derivatives, futures, and leveraged products, involves substantial risk and may result in partial or total loss of capital.
Leverage can significantly increase both potential gains and potential losses. Under certain market conditions, positions may be liquidated rapidly.
You should only trade with funds you can afford to lose.
Past performance, backtesting results, forward-testing results, historical returns, win rates, drawdowns, or other performance statistics do not guarantee future results.
4. Strategy Providers
Users who make strategies or signals available through Triggon are referred to as "Providers."
Providers are independent users of the Platform and are not employees, representatives, agents, or financial advisers of Triggon.
Providers are solely responsible for:
- the strategies they create or operate;
- the signals they generate;
- the information they publish;
- the claims they make about their strategies;
- complying with applicable laws and regulations.
Triggon does not endorse or guarantee any Provider or strategy.
5. Strategy Performance and Forward Testing
Triggon may track strategies through live or forward testing and may display performance information based on recorded trading activity.
Performance reports are provided to help users evaluate and compare strategies. They should not be interpreted as guarantees of future performance.
Actual results obtained by a user may differ from reported results due to factors including, but not limited to:
- execution price;
- market conditions;
- slippage;
- trading fees;
- funding fees;
- latency;
- exchange availability;
- liquidity;
- order execution;
- leverage;
- position sizing;
- user configuration;
- technical failures.
A strategy that has performed well historically may perform poorly or lose money in the future.
6. User Responsibility
You are responsible for independently evaluating any strategy before subscribing to or using it.
You are also responsible for determining whether a strategy, signal, asset, leverage level, or trading method is appropriate for your individual circumstances.
You should not rely solely on performance reports, rankings, win rates, historical returns, or Provider claims when making trading decisions.
7. Signals and Automated Trading
Triggon may provide signals that can be used manually or, where supported, connected to third-party trading systems or exchanges.
Triggon does not guarantee that every signal will be delivered, received, executed, or executed at the same price or time.
Technical issues, network failures, exchange outages, API failures, latency, market volatility, or other events may affect signal delivery or trade execution.
Where users connect external accounts, exchanges, APIs, or trading systems to Triggon or related services, users are responsible for configuring and securing those connections.
8. Subscriptions and Payments
Some strategies or services may be available through paid subscriptions.
Subscription prices, billing periods, fees, and other applicable terms will be displayed before purchase.
Unless otherwise stated, purchasing access to a strategy or signal service does not constitute the purchase of the underlying trading strategy or intellectual property.
Triggon may modify subscription pricing or availability in accordance with applicable law and these Terms.
9. Referrals
Triggon may provide referral programs that allow users to receive rewards for referring other users.
Referral rewards, eligibility requirements, payment conditions, and program rules may be changed, suspended, or terminated by Triggon.
Users may not manipulate, abuse, or fraudulently exploit referral programs.
10. Intellectual Property
The Platform, including its software, design, branding, trademarks, interfaces, and original content, is owned by or licensed to Triggon and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Providers retain ownership of their strategies and intellectual property, except for the limited rights necessary for Triggon to operate and provide the Platform.
Users may not copy, reproduce, reverse engineer, redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit Triggon's software, systems, or proprietary functionality without authorization.
11. Prohibited Activities
You may not use the Platform to:
- engage in unlawful activity;
- manipulate performance data or trading results;
- provide deliberately false or misleading information;
- impersonate another person or Provider;
- abuse referral systems;
- interfere with Platform operation;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems;
- exploit technical vulnerabilities;
- use the Platform for fraudulent purposes;
- copy or redistribute proprietary Platform functionality without authorization.
Triggon may suspend or terminate accounts involved in prohibited activity.
12. Platform Availability
Triggon aims to provide reliable and continuous access to the Platform but does not guarantee that the Platform will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
We may temporarily suspend or modify services for maintenance, upgrades, security reasons, technical issues, or other operational reasons.
13. Third-Party Services
Triggon may interact with or depend on third-party services, including exchanges, payment providers, messaging platforms, hosting providers, APIs, and other technology providers.
Triggon is not responsible for failures, outages, policy changes, security incidents, delays, or other issues caused by third-party services.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform and its services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
Triggon makes no warranties regarding:
- profitability;
- accuracy of strategy performance;
- future performance;
- uninterrupted availability;
- signal accuracy;
- execution results;
- suitability for a particular user;
- absence of errors or technical failures.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Triggon and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers shall not be liable for losses arising from or related to:
- trading activity;
- investment decisions;
- strategy performance;
- signal execution;
- market movements;
- liquidation;
- loss of capital;
- exchange failures;
- API failures;
- technical failures;
- delays;
- unauthorized access resulting from the user's failure to secure their account or credentials;
- actions or statements of Providers or other users.
You acknowledge that trading decisions are made at your own risk.
16. Account Suspension and Termination
Triggon may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Platform where we reasonably believe that a user has violated these Terms, engaged in fraud or abuse, created security risks, or otherwise misused the Platform.
Users may stop using the Platform at any time.
Termination does not affect provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute-related provisions.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
When material changes are made, we may provide notice through the Platform or other appropriate means.
Continued use of Triggon after the updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
18. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Triggon is legally established, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Nothing in this section limits any mandatory protection available to you under the law of your country of residence.
19. Contact
If you have questions regarding these Terms or the Platform, you may contact Triggon through the official contact channels provided on the Platform.
Risk Disclaimer
Trading involves substantial risk.
Triggon provides technology, tools, strategy tracking, performance information, and signal distribution. Triggon does not guarantee that any strategy, signal, Provider, or performance result will be profitable.
Trading in any of these markets, and in derivatives, futures and leveraged products, can result in rapid and substantial losses, including the loss of your entire trading capital.
Past performance and forward-testing results are not guarantees of future performance.
Performance shown on Triggon may not reflect the exact results a user will achieve. Differences may occur because of execution price, slippage, fees, funding, latency, liquidity, leverage, position size, exchange conditions, technical failures, and other factors.
Nothing provided through Triggon constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice.
You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and should independently evaluate any strategy before using it.
By using Triggon, you acknowledge that you understand and accept these risks.
