What Triggon collects
The following is a factual description of what the platform handles today.
- Telegram identity. Sign-in works through Telegram, which supplies a user identifier and the profile details you have made available to it. Triggon stores no password because it issues none.
- Account activity. Your subscriptions, wallet balance and transactions, and the Strategies you follow.
- Exchange API credentials, if you choose to use Auto-Trade. These are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before storage, and the encryption keys are held only in the server environment, never in the database. Credentials permitting withdrawal or transfer are refused and not stored. See Security.
- Provider application materials, where you apply to publish a Strategy. These are served only to reviewers.
- Profile photos, where you upload one. These are reviewed before becoming publicly visible.
- Operational logs needed to run and debug the service.
What Triggon does with it
To operate your account, deliver Signals, settle subscriptions and payouts, execute Auto-Trade orders where you have enabled it, review Provider applications, and keep the service running and secure.
What Triggon does not do
Decrypted exchange credentials are never returned by an API, written to a log, or placed in an audit record. Exactly one component decrypts them, for the duration of a single exchange call.
Sharing
Orders you authorise through Auto-Trade are sent to the exchange you connected. Payment and blockchain transactions involve the corresponding networks and processors.
A complete list of processors and sub-processors, their locations, and the basis for any international transfer, is available on request from support@triggon.app.
Retention, your rights, and legal basis
Data is retained for as long as it is needed to operate your account and to meet Triggon's legal and record-keeping obligations, and no longer.
To exercise a right of access, correction, deletion, portability or objection, write to support@triggon.app. Requests are handled without charge, and Triggon will tell you what it holds, why, and on what basis.
